Are you licensed and insured? Yes, we are both licensed and insured.
How long have you been in business? 7 Oaks has been in business since 2006.
What areas do you serve? We serve Eastern Oklahoma and the Arkansas River Valley.

How long does it take to build a custom home? Building a new custom home varies from build to build. Each home is different, but an estimated time frame would be approximately 9-12 months.
Can I customize my home design? Yes, we offer complete customization services. Options are discussed in the development phase prior to breaking ground.
Do you provide design services, or do I need an architect? We work closely with a few select architects in our area who will help clients to design and refine house plans.
What is the cost per square foot to build a custom home? Cost to build varies depending on finishing materials, such as flooring, appliances, countertop materials, and exterior selections, among many other options. To provide you with a cost estimate, you would need to request an appointment with our team.
Do you help with permits and zoning requirements? Yes, we work with local ordinances to ensure that you meet all proper zoning requirements and acquire all necessary building permits.

What types of roofing materials do you work with? We install both metal and asphalt shingle roofing products.
How long does a roof replacement take? Roofing replacement times vary job to job. Clients should contact our office for a detailed assessment.
Can you work with my insurance company for storm damage claims? Absolutely! We are always available to help our customers with insurance claims.
How do I know if I need a roof repair or full replacement? A full roofing inspection will determine what the best options for your roofing needs.
Do you offer warranties on your roofing work? Yes. All labor is warrantied for 12 months. Additional warranty is included with your roofing materials, with some manufacturers offering up to 50-year warranties.

Do you offer kitchen and bathroom remodeling? Yes, we offer a full range of home remodeling services.
How do I start a remodeling project with you? To inquire about a remodeling project, contact our team.
Can I live in my home during renovations? Most home renovations can be conducted while you live in your home, although there are some renovations that will require temporary relocation.
Do you handle all necessary permits for additions? Yes, we address all necessary permits.

How do I get a quote for my project? Once we have discussed your project, we will begin cost assessment. When all bids have been turned into us, we will write up a full quote for you.
What factors affect the cost of construction? Material costs, weather, inflation, and other factors can all affect the cost of construction.
Do you offer financing options? At this time, we do not offer financing options.
How are payments structured throughout the project? Each job varies, but we will have a projected draw schedule written up prior to start of job.
Can I make changes to the project once construction has started? Some changes can be made during the construction phase, though, all changes to construction will need to be discussed with the project manager and changes will be made in writing, signed by both parties.

Will I have a dedicated project manager? Yes. You will have a project manager who will coordinate all aspects of the project with you and subcontractors.
How often will I receive updates on my project? We believe communication is incredibly important, therefore, clients will be updated frequently.
What happens if there are delays due to weather or material shortages? You will be alerted if there are unforeseen delays to the project. We always do our best to navigate potential delays to keep the project moving.
